For shipping, we normally use EMS speed post. When shipping out the products, we provide tracking number to our customer through email to check the status except using Small packet by air service. Check the following for shipping methods. |

Payment
| Orders must be paid in USD or Euro through Papal (credit cards accepted) or wire transfer to our bank account. Your country may require you to pay the duty or customs tax when you receive the shipment. |

| If you are not satisfied with what you have received, you may return it to us within 10 days. A restocking charge of 15% plus shipping will be applied. Send email to us before returning the item to us. Upon receiving the items from you, we will inform our payment gateway to refund the amount to you right away. |
